Our Learning and Development Plan includes a wide range of in-class, digital and on-line training programmes delivered by internal and external specialists in the areas of Business of the Business, Client & Team Leadership and Trusted Advisor.
The Mentoring Programme is a key part of our Learning and Development Plan. It allows high potential people at all levels to benefit from being assigned to a senior mentor.
Our Professional Development Plan (PDP) ensures an ongoing conversation between each employee and the company to organise the thinking and planning of the employee’s career and personal development in a consistent format right around the world. The PDP covers four key areas:
- Evaluating current performance
- Assessing strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Determining appropriate short- and long-term developmental activities
- Aligning the company’s view of the individual’s potential with his or her personal aspirations
